We had a fun time playing and taking Grandpa & Grandma to all the fun places to see here in Yorktown. We visited the Living History Museum, Williamsburg, Historic Yorktown, Fort Monroe and Langley AFB. We have so much fun when they come to visit.

Poquson Fire Station
The kids and I were able to go on a field trip to the fire station. They got to explore the fire house and see how the fireman eat and sleep. They checked out the different trucks and learned to spray the fire hose.

Williamsburg
To complete our Colonial History trip we ended in Williamsburg. The kids had a great time being secret agents while playing RevQuest. We eat dinner at one of the taverns, learned to become soldiers, played games and dug for real artifacts.

Valley Forge
On our way home from Philadelphia we made a few stops. Our first was at Valley Forge where we learned about George Washington and the kids became jr. rangers. Next, we drove to Hershey, PA and Hershey's Chocolate World. It was a very busy place but we left with lots of chocolate and candy to eat on the drive home.
